Rowing has been described by many as “the complete body exercise”. It exercises all of the major muscle groups in the body and is excellent for cardiovascular fitness too. It is quite different to most other sports, requiring large fitness and technical components. Rowing is very rewarding and can be enjoyed by most people at a range of levels.
